What you will do:

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter, to join our Human Resources department in Wichita, Kansas units.

  • Work with HR team to automate and standardize HR processes.

  • Accountable for working with supervisors to ensure accurate employee data is maintained across our people systems.

  • Manage weekly internal job bidding process.

  • Coordinate and at times, conduct onboarding for new hires.

  • Maintain employee files and off-site records storage process.

  • Manage all purchasing for the department i.e. office supplies, and payments to HR vendors

  • Assist with recruitment, employee engagement activities, employee presentations and other activities, as needed.

Required

  • High School or equivalent diploma.

  • Experience working with diverse or differing data sets including creating and compiling data.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Highly organized, allowing for individual to meet deadlines

Preferred

  • Bi-lingual

  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree.

  • Familiarity with KRONOS time and attendance and HRIS Workday.

  • Associate degree in human resources management, Business Administration or equivalent
